Ordering

Placing an order with Mr. Cool is easy. You can pay for your purchase in an easy check-out via our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also place an order or ask any questions related to ordering by calling our customer service department during normal business hours at 866.726.COOL.

Manufacturing

We can configure and manufacture a cooler for you if you have special needs or a unique project that you’re working on. And we can add bracketry and/or remanufacture a your cooler (maybe reuse your brackets and castings) to help get rid of an expensive integrated casting from the OEM. We also configure and manufacture products that are capable of replacing OEM Coolers that are no longer available to keep your craft running. This is particularly helpful when the OEMs have stopped servicing your engines. Please email us pictures and information so we can get started.

Shipping & Delivery

After you place and pay for your order you will receive a phone call if there are any problems with shipping your order on time. You will be able to track your purchase with the shipping confirmation you will receive. Warranty

Mr. Cool Marine LLC, the “Seller”, warrants to engine manufacturers and to Seller’s distributors only that all coolers manufactured or furnished by seller shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months for pleasure craft installations or six months for commercial craft installations from the date placed into operation by the original owner operator or twenty-four months form the date of shipment to the engine manufacturer or the seller’s distributor, whichever occurs first.

Seller’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement, at Seller’s option, of all products which are returned f.o.b. Seller’s Wixom MI location and which are determined to be defective by Seller.

This is the sole and only warranty of Seller and no other warranty is applicable, either expressed or implied. In fact or by the law, including any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. The sole and only remedy in regard to any defective cooler shall be the repair or replacement thereof as herein provided, and Seller shall not be liable for any consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from or caused by any such defects.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Mr. Cool stands behind every product we sell; new or used. If, upon receipt the product is not as described you must notify us within two business days to receive a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received for a full refund. Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs. Accepted methods of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

We will not sell, barter, or trade any of the personal data we receive from you.
