Overview 4020101CN Cummins Heat Exchanger
Offered is a drop-in replacement for the 4020101CN Cummins Heat Exchanger that fits the 5.9L 6 Cylinder "B" Series Cummins engine. This part is 4" Diameter x 25-3/4" long. 4020101 and 4020101CN are the same part for us as we make all of these heat exchangers with Copper Nickel bundles to extend their life. We do not recommend copper bundles be used for this part and therefore do not offer that option.
This part is made with OEM equivalent materials and is guaranteed for fit and function. It also comes with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Some details to note:
Please note that there are 3 different heat exchangers for this engine model. Please review dimensions.
This Heat exchanger has 1-1/4” hose connections for water connections. This sets it apart from its sister parts.
Its sister part 3914642CN & 3910583CN have different sized hose connections for in and out water ports.
We have provide a matrix to help identify the model needed for your “B” Series Cummins Diesel (Matrix is located under photos for this heat exchanger. It is the last picture on the left of the main photo).
